One of the many coffee shops I would eventually visit was Craft Coffee Revolution in Broadway, near E. Rodriguez Avenue. Aside from the fact that it’s one of the pioneers of third-wave coffee in the country, based on the pics they also have a cozy-looking place! So I decided to check it out.
Three jeepney rides later, I was finally in front of the place. I ordered a cappuccino, and here it was:
It was my first time tasting a cappuccino. I mean, I may have, from Starbucks or CBTL probably, but this was on a whole different level. The baristas (who are actually quite friendly and accommodating) told me that they were using a combination of three different beans, though they didn’t tell me which ones. But still, it was quite delicious! That was the best cappuccino I’ve ever tasted so far.And it. was. delicious.
Good coffee + awesome customer service + the fact that they sell coffee equipment on the side + the fact that they occasionally offer coffee-related seminars = I was hooked. This was my new favorite place now.
That night, I went to work a happy, caffeinated guy.
So go ahead and visit Craft Coffee Revolution in Broadway Avenue, corner E. Rodriguez Avenue, Quezon City. You won’t regret it, I’m sure. 🙂
